Weekend in reverse. [Friday, Mar. 13th, 2009|12:36 am]
The richest girl in town.
Saturday, I'm going to the COLAGE annual event for a little while before reading at Writers With Drinks; I haven't read there for quite a while and am happy to be a last-minute addition to the line-up.

Tomorrow, I have an interview in the city in the afternoon, and then I'm go-go dancing at MEAT vs. Deathguild tomorrow night. (And it's "Choose Your Weapons" night, which means I get to run around with an axe or a cleaver or a gun or something--all fake, of course.)

Right now, I'm tired but less cranky than I was earlier today. Getting to meet rgay over dinner helped my day immensely, as did a little time with conditionbronze before he headed to work. Neither of these things, however, makes the certified letter I finally received from my landlords ordering me to fix my broken kitchen window by April 3rd or else better, but c'est la vie. I'll figure it out.

At least I get to sleep in this weekend.

See you there--and thanks for the info about the window. I'll look into it on Monday.

Good luck with the interview.

Um, isn't it your landlord's responsibility to fix the broken kitchen window or else? :-/

It is, at my cost.

Well, I'm responsible for the window since it was my stupid dog that went through it. I have to pay for it, which would be fine if I had any money. But alas, I do not. I think I may find a decent quote, give her the info to fix it, and then just owe her.

Oh, I see. :-( Sorry you're having to deal with that on top of everything else.

thanks so much for coming out tonight. I'm sorry I didn't get more time with you before you had to split. It was really nice to have you there though.
