Apartments-R-Us #2: Do you need a room in S.F.?

Two friends have secured a really awesome apartment near the Balboa BART station, and they need a roommate for the third bedroom. It's across the street from Crocker-Amazon Park and a really cute space. They are both fun and creative grown-ups who like to play AND clean up after themselves. The room itself is $650. If you know anyone who's looking (preferably female?), please let me know and I'll pass it on.

$650 - Room for rent in large 3-bedroom, 2-bath apartment

The Room: about 10' x 12' with a large closet, shared bathroom with one other housemate. Sorry, no pets, no smoking. $700 security deposit + 1st months rent, utilities not included. Available now.

The House: about 20-min walk from Balboa BART with easy freeway access, across from a big ol' park. Large kitchen, dining room, and living room space with fireplace and large balcony. Bathrooms and kitchen recently remodeled, skylights, coin-op washer and dryer downstairs.
