The richest girl in town.
  • 00:46 I'm thrilled that there's FINALLY a dog park in Oakland nearby--Mosswood Park. Of course, I'm not quite as thrilled as Java. #
  • 15:23 Wonder what my pets are doing while I'm at work. I suspect the dog is biting her toenails and howling; the cat, plotting my death. And mine. #
  • 23:17 Patricia Smith never disappoints. She makes poetry from the insides of spaces, moments, people. Can't wait 'til I'm ready for Blood Dazzler. #

Mrr?: "the cat, plotting my death. And mine."

I think I know where you were going with that, but second guessing where a poet will put which word is teh dumb.

Uh, yeah. "plotting her death. And mine." Damn typos. Too bad there's no editing tweets.

I need to check that one out--the little run at Mosswood is rather sad, and when I took her there Thursday morning before work, there weren't any other dogs in it. Wednesday, I drove all the way to Ohlone Park in Berkeley--it's the best dogpark nearby and is always well populated with dogs and nice people. Otherwise, she doesn't run around and exhaust herself. An exhausted Java is a good Java, or at least a Java that doesn't go out the window.
